No, we can take care of everything without requiring you to leave your home. The only thing we ask is that you give us enough room to work and unlock the car when we arrive. We will lock it up again for you after we are done, leaving you with our unbeatable super Clean Guarantee. Get a detailed automobile or truck today.
In enclosed spaces such as garages, parking decks, carports, etc., Spot The Detail will continue to provide services. If there are not any covered locations available, we will evaluate the weather right now and, if necessary, work with you to find a more practical time to arrange your service.
If for any reason you are disappointed with your service, we will do everything we can to make it right. Within 7 days of your original appointment, we will promptly work with you to find the best solution. If we cannot find a reasonable solution, we will issue you a full refund.

Please be aware that they require additional effort and time. When making a reservation, if your vehicle is very dirty, please let us know. For the more dirty vehicles, there is an additional $50 fee. Before we begin the service, we will let you know what to anticipate if you tell us your car is “not that dirty” but when we arrive, we discover it actually is that dirty.
We do not warranty engine clean upgrades. This service uses high-pressure water, steam, and degreasing chemicals that can uncover pre-existing electrical issues. If you suspect engine trouble, please do not book this service. We occasionally offer headliner cleaning on a case-by-case basis and do not warranty that service due to the potential for damage.
Certainly, we do. Even with specialized tools, it can be extremely challenging to remove hair and sand. We will do every effort to get rid of it. However, we cannot promise that it will all be removed out. If you are anticipating 100% removal, politely do not book with our services. For severe filth, pet hair, mud, or sand, a $50 additional dirty fee will apply.
